The UX team at Vlocity works with industry clients from all over the world to help implement Vlocity CRM software which is built on top of Salesforce. I’ve worked on a number of projects involving large energy and telecom companies like Cox Automotive, Texas Energy, PG&E, and T-Mobile. I usually work with client business teams and Vlocity and partner architects and developers to deliver customized interfaces based on project requirements.
Vlocity products include a 360 console for account dashboards; a guided flow for step by step edit processes or selling; and a hybrid cart for configuring, pricing, and quoting products. Most of the interfaces I’ve configured and designed for clients are account dashboards for call center agents in energy and telecommunications industries.
